Reservation Refund Policy
All reservation cancellations
must be made 1 week in advance of scheduled arrival for full refund minus credit card transaction fees;
there will be a fee equivalent to the one night rate and any/all credit card transaction fees for any cancellations less than one week prior to arrival;
If customers choose to leave prior to their reservation scheduled departure; a $15.00 service fee and any/all credit card transaction fees apply to all refunds if any;
